India’s premier esports tournament organizer, Skyesports, is preparing to conclude its Grand Slam 2024 with a spectacular finale. This international event, featuring Counter-Strike 2 esports, will culminate in a playoff in Pune from March 14th to 16th. As reported by Animation Express, the tournament will showcase four challenging teams from Russia, Indonesia, India, and Australia, competing in a double-elimination bracket for the championship title and a share of the US$50,000 prize pool. Set against the backdrop of the sixth India Gaming Show 2024, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), this tournament promises global engagement. Additionally, a Luna showmatch will highlight ten Indian female gaming stars, promoting inclusivity in the gaming community. The main event will feature teams from Russia, Indonesia, India, and Australia. This Grand Slam signifies a milestone in Skyesports’ 2024 esports roadmap, with the Skyesports Masters 2024 set to follow, boasting a $350,000 prize pool and teams from Europe and India, promising further excitement in the competitive gaming scene.
